Developer Agreement
If an application is being written specifically for you then this type of agreement can be used to secure the development process and your investment. The agreement is established and deposit milestones are agreed with the developer with a final complete deposit when the development process is complete. The agreement then becomes a standard single user agreement. Verification testing upon completion of the development process is recommended.
